Mr. Barrett is an IT expert, a lifelong learner, and a photographer — though he doesn’t have many portraits of himself. It was my pleasure to photograph him. If you scroll to the third photo, you’ll see him wearing a headscarf — that was how I first met him. I told him, “When you took off your scarf, it felt like your whole personality shifted.”
