Fiona is a photographer based in Canberra, Australia. Her images are rooted in everyday moments — quiet, authentic, and full of human warmth. With a gentle eye and natural light as her ally, she captures people as they are, allowing emotion and spontaneity to take the lead.

She believes that everyone deserves a photo that reflects their natural self — a simple moment from everyday life that might not seem remarkable to others, but holds meaning as part of one’s lived experience. Her approach is to quietly witness and gently capture the beauty in the ordinary — the kind that doesn’t ask for attention, but stays with you.

Canberra Faces is Fiona’s way of sharing the portraits of people she has crossed paths with in Canberra — a project that is also part of her own exploration of the city.  Fiona is grateful to each person who allowed her to document a part of their world. Every image is shared with trust, joy, and consent.
